Eric has been licensed and selling real estate in Kamloops since July of 1993. Eric has been a Top Producer for over 20 years and has always looked to differentiate his level of service, professionalism and marketing strategies to insure he achieves the absolute best results possible for his valued client’s!
Eric has always been an active member of the community and spent several years involved with Kamloops Youth Soccer and was Association President for three years as well as having coached numerous Teams at all levels. Eric has also sat on the Thompson River’s University Foundation Board and was an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce. Eric’s former brokerage, Platinum Realty Inc, was also the major corporate sponsor for the TRU Summer Sports Camps from 2005 to 2010.
Eric has previously owned a Prudential Realty office before opening Eric Putoto & Co – Platinum Realty Inc in May of 2004. Eric was the first and only Realtor and Brokerage Owner in Canada to have been given the only exclusive MaxAvenue License to train and practice the Maximum Value Home Selling & Buying System; which are the most advanced systems ever created in the real estate industry.
